I am very interested in experimenting with the carrier oils used in aromatherapy. However, where I come from (Singapore), aromatherapy is not such a big thing and thus their products are quite exorbitantly priced. I was wondering if I could substitute edible oils for the carrier oils (e.g. sunflower oil, sesame oil, olive oil etc.) [...]
So I learned the basic method for making aromatherapy pillows (rice and essential oils in cloth bag) but I’ve discovered that the scent is fading after just two or three heat-ups. Is there any way to prevent this? I eventually want to sell these–but obviously it’s not smart or good business to sell stuff [...]
